Why did you apply for a job at Power Tynan?
Since Year 10, I thought I wanted to be an accountant. I was looking for work experience so Mum asked Power Tynan, and while it wasn’t available at the time, Paul (Hilton) said I should definitely apply for the scholarship, which I received in 2011.

The people and culture of Power Tynan are second to none. We are all genuinely happy to turn up to work every day and I think that shows in our work with our clients. Power Tynan has a great work environment that makes you want to come to work every day. My colleagues are the best people to work with, and make every day enjoyable. Also because I like what I do, helping clients and staff with anything I can, and because no day is the same as the last.

During Year 12, I had applied to study secondary teaching through USQ, however I decided to defer and get a full time job for 12 months instead. I was lucky enough to get a job as the receptionist in our Toowoomba office, and I’m still here!
